This sculpture is part of my ongoing exploration of what paper can become. I dyed the paper with natural earth pigments and added grass clippings while making it to give the surface its textured, organic character. The raised blue form brings depth and movement to the piece. As a final touch, I hand-stitched red embroidery thread across its surface, adding a line of color that invites a closer look.
